When/Where is Packet Pickup?
Packet pickup is at the pavillion just after the ranger station when you enter Grouse Mountain. Tell them you are here to pick up your packet and show them your bib on race morning to avoid the park fee. Packet pickup starts on Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Friday from 9am to 8pm, and Satuday from 6am to 8am.
What is your Refund Policy?
Full refunds are available 90 days out from the race. After that we give a 75% refund until 30 days out from the race. We also offer deferring to next year and transfering to a friend at no charge.
